Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuong hold a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Hanoi University of Agriculture in 2006. He is currently the CDI’s Managing Director. He has over 18 years of working experience in research, training, project management, socio-economic development planning (SEDP), and governance. He was an expert on SEDP of Plan Vietnam, an advocate and research expert of ISEE organization, Ha Giang poverty reduction program officer (CPRP) and Quang Binh sustainable poverty reduction project (SRDP). Currently, he is the coordinator of the Budget Transparency Alliance (BTAP), participating in many initiatives to promote publicity, transparency, accountability and participation in managing the state budget in Vietnam.
