Workshop on “Narrowing the gap in promoting employees’ empowerment: Perspectives, practices and potential for cooperation of stakeholders”
“In the end, the story of training or cooperation between businesses and social organizations must return to the most important goal of improving the power and position of employees. Sharing the same vision and goals, creating cohesion, trust, and having an appropriate and transparent strategy are the core factors for cooperation between businesses and social organizations”. This is the opinion of Ms. Kim Thi Thu Ha, Executive Director of Center for Development and Integration (CDI) in her presentation at the Workshop “Narrowing the gap in promoting the power of employees: Perspectives, Practices and Collaborative Potentials” took place yesterday morning, September 30.
