Ringing the Golden Bell Contest: Knowledge – Talent of Workers 2023

On Sunday, May 21, within the framework of the Women project phase 3 (Phụ Nữ 3), the Center for Development and Integration (CDI) and  BATIK International Vietnam (BATIK) in collaboration with the  Hai Duong province Confederation of Labor (LDL) has successfully organized the Contest of Ringing the Golden Bell: Knowledge – Talent of Workers in 2023.

In the afternoon of the competition day, at the Cultural House of Doc Lap Village, Ai Quoc Ward, Hai Duong City, the atmosphere became vibrant and full of energy. The candidates, who are excellent workers currently living and working in Nam Sach industrial zone and surrounding areas, shined through two rounds of contest .The contest were lively and attracted the attention of a large number of spectators present.

The contest is a platform for employees to have the opportunity to consolidate and update more knowledge on the following topics: Labor law; Gender equality; Social Security, Prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. At the same time, through activities such as team competition, team members are closer to each other, building team relationships and supporting each other.

This event is also an opportunity for partner organizations such as BATIK and Hai Duong Provincial Confederation of Labor to share information, experiences and achievements in improving working conditions and social security of employees.

At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee announced the list of excellent teams and awarded prizes, including prizes for excellent candidates. These victories are not only a personal honor but also the pride of the businesses and working communities they represent.

The Contest of Ringing the Golden Bell of Knowledge – Talent of Employees in 2023 has left deep impressions and good values. This is not only a mere event but also an important step in improving the knowledge of working conditions and social security of workers. Hopefully, the successes and positive experiences from this contest will spread and motivate everyone in building a just and developed society.
