Mrs Vu Xuan Dao held the position of Director at the Center for Development and Integration from 2005 to 2007. She strongly led the Center from her rich experience in consultancy work for many Ministries, international organizations and research institutes.  Mrs. Dao graduated from Economic college, Prague, Czechoslovakia as a postgraduate after she gained two Bachelor degrees from the National Economics University and College of ceramic and Porcelain, Czechoslovakia. Her background ranges from finance to development. Mrs. Dao has in depth knowledge and competence in capacity building for the local governments in socio-economic planning and poverty reduction. Mrs. Dao also served as senior researcher at the Institute of Finance and specialized in market, price and commodity issues.
