Kim Thi Thu Ha, MA.
Knowledgeable about development issues related to Education, Women’s Rights and Workers’ Rights in Vietnam, Ms. Ha has over 12 years of experience working for government projects, NGOs and NGOs. national and international governments. Working at CDI since 2014 as Program Manager – Head of Labor Rights Department, from 2018 to 2021, she holds the role of CDI Executive Director. She has experience in conducting research on development issues and program evaluation, especially research on migrant workers in Vietnam. She participated in the compilation of many training materials and was a lecturer/teacher of training courses on labor regulations, rights and skills for employees. She holds a Master of Linguistics, a Bachelor of Pedagogy and a Bachelor of English, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Currently, Ms. Ha is an advisor of CDI.
