Nguyen Thi Ngoc graduated from Hanoi University of Culture – Faculty of Cultural Management. Currently, she is a Project officer on Labor Rights at CDI. She has more than 10 years of experience in managing and implementing projects related to legal assistance for victims of trafficking, women’s rights, and labor rights. She also has experience promoting participation and implementing community group initiatives in monitoring local health financing budgets.
