General introduction

The Center for Development and Integration (CDI) is a Vietnamese non-government, non-profit organization working for the rights of the disadvantaged groups to build a society of equity, solidarity and sustainable development.

Vision

The Centre for Development and Integration aims to socio-economic development and good governance to build a society in which the poor, women, men, and children are respected and treated fairly in the context of rapid economic integration in Vietnam and Asia.

Mission

To make a contribution to narrowing the social gaps and find solutions to the emerging issues of the society through supporting activities, advocacy and capacity building.

Goal (2015-2020)

To be a capable and prestigious civil society organization that aims towards equitable and sustainable development and shared prosperity through activities to promote and ensure the rights of disadvantaged groups.

Managing Director

Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh got the Master of Business Management in Singapore in 2003. She has over 9 years experience of direct involvement in the management of the development and education programs/ projects. She also has 7 years experience in designing and training in various fields including: rights-based approach in development, participatory training methods, training with focus on learners, education and community development (Reflect), participatory rural evaluation, participatory monitoring and evaluation (PM & E), sustainable development, social audit tools. Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh has actively engaged in policy research and policy forums on education, poverty reduction at national and international levels. She also has extensive experience in operations and networking activities such as supporting the foundation of the Education for People Alliance in Vietnam.
