Dr. Vo Dai Luoc is the former Director of the World Institute of Political and Economic Studies, a former member of the Research Council, and Advisor to Prime Ministers Vo Van Kiet and Phan Van Khai. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Economic Center.
