Dr. Do Quynh Chi – Director of Asia Public Policy of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA).

Dr. Chi has more than 20 years of experience in research, training and consultancy in the field of industrial relations and labor rights at regional and international levels. Before joining the RBA, Chi worked for the Vietnam Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the International Labour Organisation, and co-founded the Research Center for Employment Relations – the first independent labor research institute in Vietnam. She received her Ph.D. in Work and Organisational Study from the University of Sydney and her M.Phil. in International Relations from the University of Cambridge. Chi has multiple publications in international journals. She speaks English, Vietnamese and Mandarin.
