Vu Xuan Dao
Mrs Vu Xuan Dao held the position of Director at the Center for Development and Integration from 2005 to 2007. She strongly led the Center from her rich experience in consultancy work for many Ministries, international organizations and research institutes. Mrs. Dao graduated from Economic college, Prague, Czechoslovakia as a postgraduate after she gained two Bachelor degrees from the National Economics University and College of ceramic and Porcelain, Czechoslovakia. Her background ranges from finance to development. Mrs. Dao has in depth knowledge and competence in capacity building for the local governments in socio-economic planning and poverty reduction. Mrs. Dao also served as senior researcher at the Institute of Finance and specialized in market, price and commodity issues.
Nguyen Thi Tong, Dr.
Dr. Nguyen Thi Tong held the position of Director of CDI from 2007 to 2009. Dr. Tong has 30 years of experience in industrial sector. She defended her PhD in Science and Technology in Kiev, Light Industry Institute, Ukraine. Tong is an experienced expert in the fields of technology, labor, commerce, business administration, CSR... She has held many different positions in the Ministry of Industry and participated in organizations and Associations; members of the Editorial Board of domestic and foreign scientific journals; members of national and international councils...
Ngo Thi Minh Huong, Dr.
From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Huong held the position of Director of CDI. Ngo Huong gained PhD in Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University, Thailand. T She has the following academic qualifications: Master in Philosophy: Public International Laws – Faculty of Law, University of Oslo (2010), Norway. Master in Philosophy: Human Rights – Faculty of Law, University of Oslo (2010), Norway. Master of Development Management (MDM), Asian Institute of Management, Philippines, ADB Scholar (2003). Bachelor of Economics, Finance and Banking, National Economic University, Vietnam (1999). Bachelor of Arts (Foreign Languages), National University of Vietnam, (1995). Ngo Huong had 10 years in development work as an innovative development worker and social activist in Vietnam, gaining experiences from NGO work and donor’s operation. She worked as Poverty Specialist at the Asian Development Bank in Vietnam since 2004 and Governance Advisor to NORAD/Norwegian Embassy in Vietnam. Mrs. Ngo’s field of expertise is international laws, sociology of laws, good governance, transparency, human rights, other social sciences fields such as labor, migration and legal aid. She has extensive practical experiences in business development, strategic planning for local governments, participatory approach in development. She also has experiences in impact assessment, monitoring and evaluation and social audit..
Duong Thi Viet Anh, MA.
Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh got the Master of Management Business in Singapore in 2003. She has over 9 years experience of direct involvement in the management of the development and education programs/ projects. She also has 7 years experience in designing and training in various fields including: rights-based approach in development, participatory training methods, training with focus on learners, education and community development (Reflect), participatory rural evaluation, participatory monitoring and evaluation (PM & E), sustainable development, social audit tools. Mrs. Duong Thi Viet Anh has actively engaged in policy research and policy forums on education, poverty reduction at national and international levels. She also has extensive experience in operations and networking activities such as supporting the foundation of the Education for People Alliance in Vietnam.
KIm Thi Thu Ha, MA.
With sound understanding of development issues related to Education, Women’s rights and Workers’ rights in Vietnam, Mrs. Ha has over 12 years of working experience for government’s projects, international and local NGOs. She joined CDI since 2014 as the Program Manager - Labor Rights Theme Manager and she is now working as the Managing Director. Her experience is recognized in conducting researches on development issues and programme assessments, especially researches on migrant workers in Vietnam. She has edited many training manuals and worked as the trainer/co-trainer of training courses on labor regulations, workers’ rights and life skills for workers. Ha has Master Degree of Linguistic, a Bachelor of Arts in Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hanoi National University..
Nguyen Quang Thuong, MA.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuong hold a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from Hanoi University of Agriculture in 2006. He is currently the CDI’s Deputy Director and Manager of the Good Governance program. He has over 18 years of working experience in research, training, project management, socio-economic development planning (SEDP), and governance. He was an expert on SEDP of Plan Vietnam, an advocate and research expert of ISEE organization, Ha Giang poverty reduction program officer (CPRP) and Quang Binh sustainable poverty reduction project (SRDP). Currently, he is the coordinator of the Budget Transparency Alliance (BTAP), participating in many initiatives to promote publicity, transparency, accountability and participation in managing the state budget in Vietnam.
Nguyen Hoang Nga, MA.
Finance & Admin Manager
Ms. Nguyen Hoang Nga graduated in Business Administration with a major in tourism from Ha noi Open University in 2000 and gained a Master in economic management from Hanoi University of Technology in 2007. She worked at CDI since 2007 and now holds the position of Finance & Admin Manager. She gained more experiences in several development projects in the field of prevention of domestic violence; prevention of human trafficking, promotion and protection the rights of workers immigration; The project on corporate social responsibility.
Dinh Ha An, MA.
Labor Rights Program Manager
Dinh Ha An is now Labor Rights program Manager at Center for Development and Integration (CDI). She holds master in Economics, Finance and International Business at the University of Aix – Marseille II and Economics and Development at the University of Sud – Toulon Var – France. She is now engaging with the project: Promotion and Protection Migrant Workers’ Rights in 4 provinces: Hanoi, Hai Duong, Vinh Phuc and Bac Ninh.
